MOSCOW, Oct 4 (PRIME) -- Venezuela is financially reliable and repays its obligations, including debts to Russia timely, and can get international credits if necessary, President Nicolas Maduro said on Wednesday.
“Despite restrictions, Venezuela has repaid all its obligations timely and faultlessly… It is a financially sound state… which is able to refinance any (financial) instrument… at any market globally,” he said.
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia is ready to discuss debt restructuring with Venezuela.
